It's not a project meant for states with tiny economies and tiny minds. The formerly Golden State of California is now predominately populated by illegal aliens, granola munching green loonies, old hippies who never grew up, ghetto gangstas, grossly overpaid government "worker" leeches, economically illiterate Silicon Valley billionaires and Hollywood fruitcakes. You're quite welcome to ride the governor's choo choo off into the sunset, as the state's economy eventually implodes under the ever more onerous tax and regulatory burdens that the Sacramento insane asylum (AKA the CA Legislature) continues to impose. No state has and is, doing more to kill off the middle class and small businesses than CA. I do miss what it once was, but you and your fellow fruits and nuts can have what it's turned into these days. I feel really sorry for the minority of normal people there who are paying the price..
