If you got that many concerns about CF maybe it's time to sell and relieve yourself of this doubt you have. Maybe put the money you have left into something your more comfortable in and sleep at night. Money is still money even if you have some left from this investment that hasn't worked out for you. Maybe mudguy and the others who don't own CopperFox shares can recommend some other investment opportunities for you.

If CUU will not dilute our interest in SC I would wait.

If dilution is planned to our principal asset, I will have many years of capital loss to apply, to other assets.
