>> Exactly how has it been disproved?

What has been disproved is that it poses a crisis of any kind that requires immediate action. Maybe it is getting warmer, maybe not, maybe it is manmade, maybe not, maybe it poses a threat, maybe not. But it is crystal clear at this point there is no immediacy.

"In 2007, the chief of the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said, “If there’s no action before 2012, that’s too late. What we do in the next two to three years will determine our future. This is the defining moment.” Wrong.

We have seen numerous alarmist failures. Perhaps now the world can get on with calm, realistic evaluations of the data in a more sterile environment where publicity isn't the driving force. If not, it may someday actually become a crisis. For now, the failure of the climate science community's efforts to gen up a crisis is a good thing, in that they will have to be quiet for a while and allow real research to occur.
