All-in-all, a very successful day for Ericsson/Nokia. There sure seems to be alot of "this doesn't mean much" talk on some of the competing threads... not to mention that Ericsson's inability to deliver a WCDMA system is now a "fact" according to some. Please. The ability or lack thereof will only be determined when the prototype systems are tested. Until then it's still a level playing field, although one where Europe is leaning towards a system with backwards compatability to GSM. DWB
