You should say "couldn't care less". The only reason "could care less" became so common was that people had difficulty articulating contractions.

I don't vote. I know how my District is going to vote and I know how my State is going to vote so there is really no reason to vote.

Anyway, it's been quite a while since I actually "liked" a candidate. Current elections have Dems way too far to the left and Repubs way too far to the right.
