Oh my....the SCAR is 1st class. Great taste. If I were to buy a long range.....1000 yard or more rifle I'd probably go with this. Keeping in mind I have no problem thinking that 500 yards with a 5.56 is not unusual range. I"m also getting recoil sensitive in my old age. armalite.com I'd stuff it with a 175 gr. Match grade head and feel comfortable out to 1200 yards or so. optics would be costly. Not sure what I would use. Probably see if this would do the job given the price. midwayusa.com Shootie
