Jeffrey, I agree with most of your opinion except I am unclear who gets to decide the "fair value" of amat. I tend to think that current stock price reflects the balance of collective opinion of risk and reward. IMHO, the reason why we investors reap the rewards is that we take the risk. If someone tell you he/she can seperate risk and reward, he/she is not telling the truth. JMHO. The key to investment is to take the risk you can AFFORD. good investing derek
