I have a friend who import and sells big SUV and pick up trucks in Angola. He used to get lots and lots of SUVs and pick up trucks from the US after the financial crisis 2008 onwards The his sources of second hand gas guzzlers dried up. Now it looks is sources of second hand gas guzzlers is being replenished. Once this drop in prices passes (after the contango boys fill their coffers) and gasoline skyrockets once again, therte will be quite a few gas guzzlers on the market to be taken to Angola.
