When you boil it down, spills are pains in the ass, but far better to have them localized than spread out by trucks & rail. At least 10 different pipelines of varying sizes run across property we own, mostly timberland, and we never give it a thought. If there is an issue I'm sure we'll be reimbursed for the damages.
