Most amazing we seemed to overbuild everything by 2005-07 creating synchronized asset bubbles everywhere except old line tech still reeling from the NASDAQ bubble for the ages yet the economy on most every measure from stock market to jobs created during the GWB two terms was the worst in the post WW2 era
