SPECULATION: My guess is that the CWA managment made a call today/yesterday to DML {or someone else} and asked for a JV... That would cause bids support. They can't have any cash left by now?

And eggs go in the pan. It took me years to figure that out as well, so don't feel to bad. The long handle pans.

I see alot of crap being posted to you a stock can take alot of DD
with detective work to be able to read news releases with coherency
there are far to many posters pretending to be experts on SI to make it a real easy treasure of info exchange it is more a click group of posters and alot of salesman promoters.
