Job creation is not one of the reasons to build it.

Unless it supports the Democrat agenda for "stimulus." Then "job creation" is a primary reason to build it.

Ridiculous. A lot of valuable product would move on that pipeline. Someone has to sell it, negotiate contracts, bill customers, test the product, collect the sales revenue. And the buyers will have corresponding people on their side. There would be more paper pushers on the product moving in the pipeline than Democrats are saying. I speak as someone who knew what was involved in selling coal from 2 large WY coal minds under dozens of sale contracts to utilities from WI to TX.

Then there's maintaining the pipeline itself.

And what's going to be done with product? It's going to refineries on the Gulf Coast to be turned into products people want to buy.
