Neat.... I want to try my tortilla press (8") to press the raw biscuit dough and then bake them a bit until cooked through.... then I can put the toppings on and (hopefully) get a crust on the bottom using my pressure oven. And the oven comes with a pizza shelf which is a lattice weave letting the hot pressured air around the whole pizza.

Baking the flattened biscuit first - you can freeze them and then just take them out, put the ingredients on them and then bake them in minutes...

And I did forget about using tortillas as a base - have a bunch of them in my fridge I need to use up so thanks for the reminder.
