So what is the end game this cycle? We've got RE prices even higher now than in 2007 in most gateway cities globally even with the mortgage market tight for seven years.. You know I bash both parties but I wished the GOP went back to being the party of Ike not Reagan. It is quite obvious at this point more trickle down, more tax cuts, more wars, more deregulation of finance isn't our ticket to prosperity..
