People will be going from downtown SF to LA by green-powered electric trains faster than they can drive to SFO, wait an hour, fly to LAX, and then drive to downtown LA. I've driven to So-Cal at least 100 times over the years and never once went to downtown LA. I doubt anyone else goes there as well. What the hell happens in downtown LA? If it involves business the visit would be to Orange County or the Valley or further south to San Diego. I don't believe I've ever flown into LAX for a business purpose. If it goes San Jose to Disneyland I'll think about taking it but I would need a car regardless.
