Obama's evaluated the pipeline, determined that it is to move Canadian and wealthy investor's oil through America to Houston, where it can be shipped to world markets. He correctly sees no benefit for America, other than for the wealthy investors.

Refineries exist all over America. So, it it's for US, why pipe it to Houston?
