Rainier: Thanks for the research! I'm trying to get info on two other companies I hold, so its good to have fellow part timers with a similar mindset cover other companies. In the aggregate we come out ahead. Scott I'll re-send the attachments (have one at work, one at home) I'' check out your thread soon (recovering from a business to Atlanta last week that had extensive travel entanglements so I'm behind in several endevors)
