Everyone who is bullish longterm on Ancor must believe some version of what Kerry propounds. That is, in essence, that Ancor will win some OEM deals, If you don't believe that, you should be out or short.

Unfortunately, winning OEM deals is necessary but insufficient. The immediate issue is dillution. How much is past and present transgressions going to devalue ultimate success?

Will the big deals come before the fall (obviously not before the stock fall). All predictions (informed or not) to this point have been way over optimistic.

What revenue will stall additional secondary financing?

It seems plausible to me that a lower stock price on low volume behooves those who might benefit by a private placement.
