Why bother picking up more at these levels ? Usually in drug stocks, you buy on rumor and sell on news. The rumor usually starts with the market makers moving the stock,In this case they have pulled this stock to penny levels, an all time low for NTII... somebody must know something about these trials, something not positive... otherwise the stock would have been pushed to $2-3 by now, to get the company ready for a pop in price and a healthy secondary offering... I have stuck it out with NTII for almost 2 years now, bot it at 7 ! Since then they haven't come out with any kind of good news at all... they have been in operations for almost 10 years now, and their lead drug memantine is still in phase II ); nowhere near production, and this area is getting extremely competetive... This is it brother.
