That lawsuit should have been dismissed out of hand. What a waste of taxpayer money.
removed as part of a settlement with Steven Hewett, a man who sued the city claiming his constitutional rights were being violated because of a Christian flag flown at the memorial and the inclusion of a cross as part of a statue honoring veterans.
