This is ugly, when I predicted 5/8 (post reverse split) I had no idea it would happen in a couple of months, though this doen't really surprise me. I wonder if someone should call one of the law firms that are engaged in the class action suits against OXHP, they might be very interested that a company issuing press releases to the effect that their stock (Post split) has a book value of $40, is now trading for 40›. Talk about deliberate and malicious misrepresentation. It just goes to show though, never go in long-term for any company where everyone who answers the phone claims they know nothing.
