The gun homicide rate in France is much lower than the United States. We are talking an order of magnitude, and this is directly attributable to lower gun ownership and the difficulty of obtaining firearms.

Gun ownership laws in Israel are in fact very strict, and the gun ownership rate in Israel is also much lower than the US. There isn’t a right to have a gun. You need a reason. And you need to go back to the permitting authority every six months or so to assure them the reason is still valid.

I believe in our right to arms, but your current arguments are completely invalid.
