I appreciate Mr. Big's comments today, but I still can't understand his reaction to our comments. We are simply having a discussion here. If this was Intel or IBM or Microsoft, we would also discuss the positive and the negatives. It's just a bunch of friendly chatter about what's going on. The company should expect this.

Also, the fact that some people try to buy shares at a price below the ask is typical. It goes on everywhere and is quite common. It will always exist. The stock is down because there have been enough sellers to make it so. Just a slow gradual decline. The MM's will keep the bid down as long as some traders are still willing to sell at that price.

I assure everyone that when real news occurs indicating that positive revenues are flowing, indicating a near-term profit on the bottom line, this stock WILL move up. Until then, we wait. That's just the way the market works. All is well at Noram and they should expect the price to rise when their efforts "pay off". I think this is coming soon. So Noram should not be concerned with the stock price right now unless they were planning to use stock as leverage in some way.

There's not a single reason I can think of to blame the MM's, the shorts or people buying at the lowest price possible for the current stock price.

All will be fine for those who wait, but don't be surprised if we see a slight drop because of end-of-year losses (again, typical for BB's and penny's).

By the way, I feel strongly that anyone should be able to say whatever they want, but we should try to show mutual respect.

Good luck,

dave
