Jim, good question. Also, if Bear Stearns could rate this a "buy" when it was in the upper $30's, wouldn't they consider it a "strong buy" here in the low $20's? BEST could at least reiterate their "buy" at this point.

Hi Jim,
Your question is hard for me to answer, as it seemed the shareholder's that attended
were fact finding. I seemed to be the only one there complaining.
Sam may be able to help here as in his posts he said he talked to a number of
shareholder's.

Jim you said <<<Were there any comments or questions from shareholders that bought the secondary?>>>
-Nobody that I came in contact with at the meeting said they bought in at the secondary. It appeared the main concern there was the company was on solid footing and are preparing themselves well for the future. Granted, this is of little comfort at this time.

<<<Or do these shareholders simply blame their broker, or themselves?>>>
-Thats a tough one, but heres another opinion as if it were myself in this situation (and it has been in the past). I would blame myself first and foremost. Nobody pulled money from my account and invested it without my say so. Then I would look to the problems in Asia that effected every tech stock whether they deserved it or not. Then I may even turn and blame my broker who recommended the stock, but that wouldnt get too far because again it was my money. Then I would blame the company, but I realize they have lived up to their end of what I expect(perhaps not everyone.... but for me they have). Then I would blame my wife, cause its half her money and she should have talked some sense into me before investing, but since I dont want a divorce I would defer back to I was the one with the ultimate decision to purchase. Not meaning to make light for those of us who have experienced a downturn, which seems like each and every one of us, but if we take credit for the good times, lets take responsibility for the bad times.
