<Enabled by Oracle Video Server, Magix is being made available using high-speed ADSL modems to more than 50,000 SingTel subscribers.>

Not bad for something that doesn't work. :}

<when the telcos et al start delivering that kind of service.>

& frustrating to say the least.

<Oracle Video Server is an end-to-end software solution that enables customers to store, manage and deliver full-motion, full-screen TV-quality video and high fidelity audio from a server to a client such as a TV set or PC.>

Thanks for posting that. Its one I needed to store. I already have a need for this @ work. Probably be a little while before Im ready for it though.

As an info junkie I think Im starting to lose a little/lot of detail but I believe someone posted Rambus & if I remember correct Intel or someone working on the web page caching. Maybe Mark Lewin.

Regards,

Dug
