That's the reason why European companies started using contractors rather than sending employees overseas assignments.

It was not financially interesting for an employee nor for a company to send someone from home country to overseas.

the law has been on the books since the beginning, because china's income tax regime was written after having the usa regime explained by teams in washington

the difference is that china has no systematic enforcement protocol except for use against political opponents

the usa does both
