From which income? :-)

Governments go after the easy to get.

Payroll taxes.

Corporate taxes.

Gasoline, alcohol, tobacco.

Payroll taxes getting less by the day as old epole retire.

The ones engaging in the work force are earning too little.

Corporations are in Ireland and Luxembourg

Less alcohol consumption.

Tobacco ending...

Less and less taxes for the governments to gorge into

elmatador owes his tax payments on his foreign income to his Brazilian government, not the United States.

Brazil has the same Double-Taxation treaties with nations around the world which Europe and America have. Generally you owe taxes to the country you're working in and receive a tax credit for these taxes paid on your home nation income taxes.
