Scott, I called Jim Drewitz this morning. He told me that the meeting was short and sweet, only a few people attended. No new company info to account for the price drop. He said there was half a million to a million shares short held by three or four market makers and that he thought that accounted for the price drop. He also said that there was a lot of interest in nuovinox rebar by other state Departments of Transportation. He said that Harmon was readying some loan money from financial institutions if they need more to get over the hump. He (Jim) said that, in general, things were moving along well. He does not forsee any stock dilution at the moment. It looked like garden variety manipulation to me (sell it down through a dollar, pick up panic sales). I bought more at 1.01. John
