Some of the persons who bought the stock have not paid the total amount owing on it. Bought is a lot different than loaned........???? I would like a better explanation from the co. George

Sounds like EUTO finally put it writing that there is a problem with the "other parties", does not say if its the "fab four" or a a portion thereof. Don't see any earth shattering news. Still holding and will continue, besides my wife has misplaced my certificates. jm

Kiddo and All, Well, the newsletter is out and we all feel let down. I feel the company has lied to us more than once. We were told by Brad that the 50M would be addressed in the newsletter and that is why it was taking so long to get out, well, nothing. People including myself have talked to the company and were told things that would happen in the near future, well, nothing happened and that was MONTHS ago. I have been lied to by many companies and I am sick of it. This worries me A LOT from the newsletter: "As you already know, during the recent lean times we had to obtain funds with which to pay expenses by effecting private placements of Eutro common stock. Some of the persons who bought the stock have not paid the total amount owing on it. We have been trying for some time to get these persons to pay the amount owing or return the stock." 1) PRIVATE PLACEMENT, not a loan from what I am reading. 2) Some have not paid for the stock...I though that was taken care of. 3) We were TOLD that they demanded the shares back, but this says they have been trying for some time TO GET THE PERSONS TO PAY THE AMOUNT OWING....OR...return the stock. What the hell is that OR?? So when I read this it soulds like the want $$, not the shares. 4) Maybe there is no contract to buy them back, anyone ever seen it? I just feel something is not right here, and the price will continue to fall. No news in over 2 months, been told that news is coming and deals are in the works now for a long time. Something is fishy. Well, I am out of here for now, I will buy back if the price falls enough, just felt that the newsletter told us things that we thought were not the case. We were lied to, but that is my opinion. Ryan
