Mohan, maybe the market's reaction to SLR's earnings gave a clue to its reaction of JBIL's earnings. And SLR missed estimates.

btw, JBIL's earnings was better than expected and 20 percent of its earnings comes from COMS and CSCO. Since COMS cannot meet earnings expectations, what might that say about CSCO?

Are you holding puts for INTC?

>>BTW, I screwed-up my winning trade on JBIL.

Hi Mohan--sorry to hear that some of your profits were eroded on JBIL. I don't know that we'll see 30 again on JBIL, absent news or the market really tanking but I fully expect that we will see some retracement to perhaps the 37 level. Anyway, that is how I am going to play it -- will look to sell the 35 or 40 calls with that view in mind--if it gets to the 43-44 level in the next couple of days. I think there was too much momentum on the downside for some retracement not to occur and thereafter it would be a good one to play on the long side.

BTW, I have found that my problem in trading is not proper entry but exiting the trade. If I told you how much profit I have seen eroded during this sell-off on trading positions that I have, it would make you sick.

>>Tom, your ability to see things from both sides is amazing.

I appreciate the compliment -- I really do try not to have a preconceived view about the market. I also tend to be rather questioning about assumptions and conclusions which is what, sometimes, gets me into trouble with other contributors on SI:)

Take care
