I've come to the conclusion the French told Obama to stay away... ....I heard the French initially didn't want Netanyahu to come but he comes anyway so the French relegate him to the second row of arm in arm world leaders........He apparently says screw that and simply interjects himself front and center...........my MAN Bibi
