I also bought at 13 3/8 today. After watching VVUS hit 9 3/4 yeaterday and bounce to 11 1/2 today, I didn't want to miss this one.

Must be the lawsuit driving it down, or lack of confidence, maybe this is the bottom, if I thought not, I would switch to DATM for a pop, risk both ways..

Hmmmm. Bought at 14.75, sold at 15.375...gain of .625 in one day.
Okay. Lets say, for the sake of argument that you bought at least 10,000 shares. That's a profit of $6,250 of which 38% or $2,375 goes to Uncle Sam. You get to keep $3,875...a nice day's work...but taking a BIG risk with 147,500 dollars. Seems slightly odd that someone who can be so clever is busy posting here, and not working as an investment broker.
Or was it just 100 shares for a gain of $38.75?????? Ooooops. You said twice. Silly me. That's $77.50. My fault.
I guess I still don't see the value of day-trading with so much risk just to feed the government. "Splain it to me again.
