I just don't get the appeal.

The straight electric appeals to me in a big way, but all these cars are way too small for me at this point in my life with all my aches & pains. My wife & I are talking about our next vehicle being an 8mpg RV so I'm not sure living green is at the top of my list ...

My son knowing some guys closely tied to the engineering unit of BMW in Munich tells me, that the plug-in concept is the major trust these days of their future platform.

In a Volt, you run out of battery, you keep going. In a Leaf, you call a tow truck. In a Volt, you want to drive across the country, you just pack and go. In a Leaf, you don't dare.

The Leaf is a very limited city car. The Volt does it all, it's a car that can be your only car.
