If we could control it, nobody would be real worried. All we do is initiate the change with our carbon pollution. We can try and make those changes smaller by reducing our carbon footprint.
California has a viable plan and a very ambitious goal for 2050, carbon 80% below 1990 levels. My plan is to get the rest of the country to adopt it. Surprisingly enuf, high speed rail is part of the plan. What a coincidence.
