We had in Curitiba in the lean years the exciting outdoor mixed use walkable town centers with better anchors.

After the economy skyrocketed, they went American with big shopping malls. I am already wondering here if these shopping malls would not go under in a few years.

I know the first two will have a place. Not sure the newer ones will survive. I see Brazil stagnant for the next 5 years.
