Michael, I believe as part of their evaluation of the J/L process Ledoux in fact did something along the lines of what you suggest. Such an evaluation would be necesarry in order for them to opine to Naxos on the validity of the process prior to their exercise of the option to acquire. Here is where the problematic issue, in my mind, comes in. This test was intended for internal Naxos use so there is no requirement to release them. The release of such numbers could confuse the market inasmuch as no other firm has released such a test. Also how would the market interpert such numbers. They would see one set of numbers showing low assay results and other showing high. I do believe most of us on this thread now have enough of a background in the significance of such a test to understand what it is saying but how would other investors respond. Also think of the field day people of ill will such as HungryLion would have picking such a release apart. It would be a rich source of selective quotes. So you have a high risk of confusing most investors with no real requirement to release the numbers. I think the approach the company has chosen to take is to have a respected lab such as Ledoux evaluate the process and become comfortable with its validity. Then perform the assay on the ore and certify the results. The certification by Ledoux would carry the implicit endorsement from Ledoux that the process works. The fear that the origional samples had been tampered with should be dealt with by the BD certification of chain of custody.
