Could you post the specific details of the shareholder rights plan, if it isn't a lot of trouble. Just a summary, which you may have already given, would do. I would appreciate it. I presume it is in the annual report, but don't have a copy.

As I stated before, I am long on GLR. If they do get the rights, the current market valuation is dirt cheap! Question still remains in my mind about the veta rights. I will not be comfortable until I see independent confirmation. They already went through a 30 day period this year when anyone objecting could have done so, and no one did! The market seems to be having its doubts also, as the stock has not recovered back to where GLR was before the press release fiasco (ie. nothing to do with POG)ie over $6CDN.

As for hostile takeover, I doubt that current shareholders would give the company away (… la Bema/Arizona Star). I am not worried that anyone could/would walk away with GLR that cheap!
