Srivaths,

There was a great yr-2000 article on the front page of
USA today dated 12-17-97. It geared on the lack of planning
by the State and Federal Governments and how much they anticipate on spending and how far they are along with the project. There
were a few good lines and charts in the article. See if you can get a copy. Go CRYSF up 1 3/8 today.
