There you go again......how will it be paid? Did we pay for the Iraq wars? Do we pay for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, the military budget, etc etc...... What do we pay for???? Is the budget balanced now, do we have any national debt? None are paid for but the programs continue to roll on as they always have just like your home mortgage... If everyone paid cash for everything, you would be out of a job.........and living in a trailer on a dirt road.... btw, Steve Brill is a writer.....
