Like you, I voiced a lot of concerns while this was well north of $1, but no one wanted to hear it and some still don't. The the metal in the ground is isolated from value by what management does to unlock it. This company is doing nothing in regards to SC, and is now focused on penny stock investing (CXM and their "plans" for further acquisition). The fact that they just dropped a substantial amount of money to maintain their investment in CXM is yet another large red flag as to what is going on here.

Now the next catalyst for sp is another JV meeting or some indication of Teck's 2015 plans? Where have we heard that before?

Dilution is coming, as sure as spring. Unlike all of the PP on the back of a rising share price and mounting share count, this one will hurt.

In case anyone still thinks Teck will do anything to advance this, watch and see what happens to their earnings as this plays out. Dropping billions to incrementally increase their copper earnings is not in the books. My target for TCK.B is $5 after the div'y takes a hit.

Depending on how the dilution goes, there might be a trade here, but otherwise, the air is almost out of the balloon.
