The FDA will start increased inspections of all fish products as to its cleanliness & acceptability. From past experiences where we used ozone ice to keep our salmon fresher till we could get it to the cannery, I know this process works exceptionally well on fish in all stages of its processing. The powers that be in this company would do well to investigate selling their product here in the NW where much of the US' fish is landed. Not only in shore based plants but also in the large number of factory trawlers who operate out of Seattle. A huge market for ozone here!!! Luck to us all, Dennis
