I can't see any reason that a person who uses 2GB of data in a month ought to charged the same as a person who uses 200GB.

ok with that if they let me accumulate unused bandwidth, during months when I use none...like if they averaged me out for the year for example...there are months when I use 300GB and months when I use none...they charge me for the overages but they don't give me a break when I am away from home. And...if I try to cancel service for the times I am away, they use scare tactics to keep me hooked up...like "we can't guarantee that we'll have an open port when you return" kind of crap.
