Ending with the US as last man standing, but even that goes.

I've been pounding on the issues across the planet with velocity for years. The problem with Hoisington and many others is that they only use M2 to calculate, which misses the growth in credit and debt and also misses the additional money difference between M2 and a reconstructed M3.
