How so. The article is about recognized world economic experts saying that the U.S. economy has recovered and is on a sound footing. This recovery is in spite of the poor European economy. Now it looks like we have to do something to prop the European economy. I prefer that the U.S. do that instead of military spending to send troops to fight overseas. Looks like Obama has used the oil weapon very effectively with help from OPEC countries. Besides we don't want shale oil. Instead, we want green energy.
