I do not know, but I'm grateful when they shoot to kill and I hope that they kill many more until society becomes safe, habitable and recognizable once again. When a police officer kills a perpertrator, it saves the taxpayers money and it avoids any possibility of the perpetrator hurting other innocent people in the future. I see absolutely nothing wrong with police officers shooting and killing criminals.
