I read the section in the 8-K as well. While I don't condone misleading filings or press releases either, there are two larger issues here.

1. Whatever Mork says in his 8-K does not justify any potentially misleading statements made by RMIL. And RMIL is the company we are discussing here.

2. There is also a legal line drawn here. It is my understanding that OVIS' first suit filed by Morgan and Breton (as directors) was dismissed due to venue. The current suit was filed by Olympus Ventures against Dempsey Mork. Dempsey Mork owns the name Olympus Ventures, and has since the merger was announced and the company name changed. Mork claims to have incorporation papers duly signed by the Secretary of State of the State of Washington as Olympus Ventures. And since Morgan and Breton had also resigned, it would appear they could not bring a new suit anyway. There is, to my knowledge, currently no suit filed by RMIL against Dempsey Mork. So do you announce in your 8-K that you are suing yourself? I don't know, not being a lawyer. The potential threat of a suit isn't a suit. And the last real suit was dismissed.

I'm not sure the best way to handle this one.
