Precisely, and every time there are government cutbacks in the benefits of Americans, why does that happen before funding for illegal aliens and foreign aid to foreign banks and foreign governments are stopped? For clarity, I think that all social programs in the United States should be phased completely out and all illegals deported and all foreign aid completely stopped, but at the very least before benefits to U.S. citizens are cut off or reduced, ALL funding for illegals and foreign countries should be completely stopped.
