You're right on all points. Eventually, a large war will solve this problem like it always does. In the here and now, it would be nice if all leftists wore some kind of uniform symbols to proudly express who they are. Then, if I happen to pull into the parking lot of a restaurant or store, and I see one of their kind under attack and about to fall to someone else of their political mindset, I would know to keep my weapon holstered, not intervene at all, and just let nature take its course.
