Which is the reason that the number of uninsured has been reduced by essentially the number who have enrolled in Medicaid, 100% subsidized. Most of the others previously had insurance and were cancelled or found Obamacare, subsidized by taxpayers, was cheaper for them because they're bumming off the rest of us.
