IBM and INTC trading 1/4 point lower in London.

The Nasdaq Composite better pull a rabbit out of it's hat. It is in danger of closing below the Oct 27th closing low. The Morgan Stanley High Tech index (MSH) is set to break key levels of support.

If these levels hold at the close the Bear Market has officialy begun.
